![]() ![]() Does either support split-screen on PC or "pass the controller/turn taking" multiplayer on the same computer? Which game is better? Does either one work well with a 360 controller? Does one of them run poorly because of it's console origins? While I personally wouldnt mind a racing aspect, I believe my GF would most enjoy the crashing aspect - which has the better/more spectacular/more fun crashes? Which one implements crashing into the game modes better?Ī really nice feature would be if I only had to buy one copy of the game and could play with her but on only one pc. They both seem to be right up her alley (and I've personally always thought they looked fun but never actually got around to playing either). I've heard of Flatout and Burnout although I've never played either. ![]() There have many times where she has said that she would prefer a "Crashing game to a driving game". I recently picked up a pair of 360 controllers (well technically one is a ps3 controller because I hate the 360 layout but I use the motioninjoy drivers to emulate the 360 controller with it)for the pc since she is more comfortable using a 360 controller than a keyboard and mouse (she used to play on consoles occasionaly).Īnyway, one of the games we play is Trackmania and while she enjoys the track making aspects and the over-the-top tracks, those same aspects fusterate her when she finds herself crashing more often than driving. Okay, so I dont own any consoles but I love gaming on my PC and my GF has started taking a liking to PC gaming as well. EDIT: GF just called so I took the opertunity to have a quick chat on the topic of which game - she agrees that based on what i've discovered and what you've all shown me that Burnout is the best choice.ĭecisions made, Thanks everyone. ![]()
